This is a linen canvas coat from ICHI Antiquites (イチアンティークス).
I bought it last year and wore it from autumn to winter. I think it's in good condition, but please understand that it is a used item.
It has a menswear-inspired design and an oversized silhouette, so you can wear it comfortably even over thick sweaters or jackets. The sleeves are also loose, so you don't have to worry about the sleeve width of your innerwear.
The thick, natural linen canvas fabric develops a nice texture as you wear it.
