Stacking mug cups made of melamine resin, adopted from the 1950s.
Lightweight, durable, and heat-resistant, it was an innovative material for its time.
Many were designed to be stacked for storage, and character-patterned and corporate campaign items were also popular for general consumers, but this is a U.S. stamped military-issue model.
Deadstock, new and unused, from the 1960s.
Halsey and KENRO are famous, but these 5 all have the MC stamp.
There is no notable damage other than age-related deterioration.

The handleless tumbler type and the mug cup type without date stamps are relatively common, but even unused mug cup types without military date stamps are traded for around 6,000 yen (excluding shipping).
In the past, a similar unused item from the Vietnam War era was sold for 9,800 yen (excluding shipping) in an auction.
It is extremely difficult to collect multiple new items from the same lot.
